- Mails, parcels, commodity goods and documents delivery service, express service EMS and DHL, flower telegram service (congratulation, condolence...), money remittance by cable, by postal order services domestically and internationally; domestic and international press distributing service
- Setting up switching system, telephone cable, telex, data transmission, fax and radio equipment.
4. Some information about Hai Phong City
Hai Phong is a Port-City; is the industrial, trading, tourist centre of the Northern Delta apex of the economical development triangle (Ha Noi - Hai Phong - Quang Ninh). Hai Phong is the main gate to the Northern sea and provinces, is an important transportation node of the North and nationwide.
Area : 1507 sq.km including 4 districts (Hong Bang, Le Chan, Ngo Quyen, Kien An), 6 outskirts district towns (An Hai, An Lao, Kien Thuy, Thuy Nguyen, Vinh Bao,Tien Lang), 2 island district towns (Cat Hai, Bach Long Vi), and Do Son township.

Economic : from now to the year 2010 Hai Phong will have an grouth rate of 15-15.5%.
Up to the year 2000 Haiphong's export turnover will reach USD 400 million. In 2010 it will reach USD 2,200 million, annual growth rate of is from 18.6 to 20%.
In the year 2000 GDP will increase 2.2fold in comparison with that number in 1994. In the year 2010, her GDP will increase 3.7 fold in comparison with that number in the year 2000.
From now to the year 2000 Hai Phong port will be expanded and upgrade as Dinh Vu island port, Tra Bau transportation area will be completed. Upgrade the port land routes, so as they can catch up with the container industry with the Hai Phong port capacity, of from 10 -12 tones/year.
Land routes :
- The New Highway No. 5 (City's 2nd Ring 2), locating in the Hai Phong territory with the length of 28.818 km.Large scale was set up from the 93th km to the 106.518th km. The 1st level highway with the width of 54 m including 2 street lines of 2 x10.5m. It`s the City's 2nd Ring
- The Highway No.10
The total length of the section across Hai Phong area is 59 km with 3rd Delta level way. There will be 4 big bridges on this section : Da Bac, Kien, Quy Cao, Tien Cuu
- Highway 14 linking Cau Rao to Van Hoa Do Son Hotel is 22.5 km long, among which is 3,5 km mountainous slopes
City's 1st Ring
City's 1st Ring is after the highway No. 5 linking the North Quan Toan-So Dau-Thuong Ly-Cang Chua Ve to the Dinh Vu island. The total length is 17km733 with the width of 34 km
City's 3rd Ring
It is planned to build the City's 3rd Ring with the superhighway standard and the length of 50.3 km, the width of 68m linking from the Minh Duc Industrial Zoze to the Van Cach, Kien An, Do Son, Dinh Vu Ports.
