Japan wants to shake hands with Vietnam in ICT development sector

Vice Minsiter of Information and Communications(MIC) Le Nam Thang recently had a meeting with Mr. Masamitsu Naito, Vice Minister of Japan Internal Affairs and Communications. At the meeting, the two sides have discussed  and proposed the bilaterial cooperation in ICT sector and exchanged the ICT policies, human resource training as well as the Private and Public Cooperation Program (PPP).  Japanese counterpart expressed their interest in comprehensive cooperation with Vietnam in ICT sector, especially human resource training.


Vietnam
is facing with many difficulties in ICT human resorce developing and training as well as the security for infrastructure development has not yet meet the actual demand, so it causes the slowdown for ICT growth in the future. Vietnam side expects to receive the closely support from the Japansese enterprises in sharing management experiences, policy setup and tightly cooperation between Vietnamese – Japanese government to clear the disadvantages for Vietnam in the coming time, Vice Minister Le Nam Thang quoted as saying.
