NTT Docomo hopes with this business, it can share the experiences and know-how with VMG as the digital content provider with an aim to support the business activities of VMG and expand the value-added services of NTT Docomo in Asia-Pacific region. With this transaction, NTT Docomo also cooperates with the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group ( VNPT), the largest shareholder of VMG with 29% stake.
