"One heart, one world" program is held by Association for the Support of Vietnamese Handicapped and Orphans (ASVHO), aiming to honor the handicapped and orphans who try their best to overcome difficulties and integrate community, the ponds and individuals who help them on best effort.

This program will be held on April 18. On this occasion, VNPost will offer free charge remittance applications from April, 10 to July 31, 2009 to the ponds and individuals` financial support for ASVHO. "One heart, one world" was held in 2004 for the first time. Through this program, 2,000 cataracts, 500 rehabilitants were supported, 6,000 wheelchairs and bikes were offered to disable people, 3,000 awards were granted for martyrs and wounded soldiers` children.../.
