Definition
When the sender doesn`t focus on the detailed address but only recipient`s category and discovery area, he use Unaddressed Mail-drop

Condition for addmitance
Legal Printed matter
Not exceed the maximum limit of weight and dimension.
Maximum weight : 50 gr
Maximum dimension : Size A4 (219 cm x 294 cm)
Maximum height : 1cm
Maximum dimension of outbound items : Size C5 (262 x 269 cm)
Maximum height : 1 cm
Quantity limitation :
Maximum quantity for domestic items: 500 items
Maximum quantity for outbound items: 5000 items/ a destination country

Domestic items :
The sender has to submit the sample printed matter and licenses from the relevant agencies.
The printed matter must be passed to the Post Office at least 7 days before the expectation delivery.

Outbound printed matter :
Outbound printed matter can be admitted only in provincial or City Central Post Offices.
The sender has to submit the relevant licenses and file in registration form KD4 with for sheets, each attached with the sampler and list of discovery.
The outbound printed matter must be passed to the Post Office at least 14 days before the expectation delivery.
The sender has to complete the customs in advance.

Service`s management and scope
Unaddressed Mail-drop service is managed by VNPT nationwide.
Only domestic printed matter is admitted currently.

The sender`s responsibility and his rights
The sender has to obey all Post Offices` regulations and instructions and must be in charge of all the content of his printed matter if they break the law and cause damage to the Post Office.
Postage must be paid totally in payment term.
The sender has the right to make claim and inquiry about the service`s quality.

The Post Office`s responsibility.
Give full instruction about the service for the senders.
Give correct tariff and provide receipts to the sender.
Post Office has the right not to admit items that don`t follow the current Post Office regulations.
Items seized by any government agencies are not compensated and refunded.

Tariff and terms of payment
Postage as regulated in the tariff.
The sender can pay in cash or any current terms of payment.

Domestic items :
Postage is paid at the time of admitting the items and written on KD1 outbound items :
Delivery confirmation fee is collected at the time of service requirement and written on KD4.Postage is paid at the time of admitting the items and written on KD1 In case of admitted items at the demanded address; the sender has to pay an extra fee for demanded address.

Items delivery
The Post Office will delivery items due to list of delivery of the sender.
All the items must be delivered within 2 days from the day the destination Post office receive them.
The Destination Post Office file in the delivery report (KD3) after delivery and send to the original Post Office for the sender.
