VNPT and Teqar IT Consulting have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore opportunities to deliver digital technology solutions to the Australian market, initially focusing on mining, oil & gas, and construction companies in Western Australia.

Under this strategic partnership, VNPT will bring cutting-edge capabilities in AI, data analytics, and cybersecurity, while Teqar will leverage its strong local presence and industry network to accelerate market entry, drive adoption, and ensure successful project delivery.
Following the signing, both parties have initiated joint market outreach activities and are planning a technology workshop in Western Australia in May 2026 to introduce digital transformation, AI, and cybersecurity solutions to industry partners.
This collaboration marks another step in VNPT’s Go Global strategy to expand Vietnamese digital technology solutions into international markets.
