VNPT�s broadband Internet service qualified

The IT and Communications Quality Management Agency has made public the quality of broadband Internet services (ADSL) of two service providers, the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) and Netnam, in the second quarter of 2008 in Hanoi.
